Class Offerings & Descriptions For Fall 2025/Spring 2026 Session:
Toddler Movement
Mom and tot class or caretaker and me class for those little ones on the move. Play clothes with bare feet or socks.
Ages: 18 months to 3 years.
Creative Movement (Pre-School Age)
Combination of ballet and tap. Tights (any color), leotard or dance dress/tutu, hair pulled back from face, pink leather ballet shoes without ties (preferred), black patent Mary Jane tap shoes with elastic sewn instead of ties or Velcro, dance bag.
Ages: 3 – 4
Combination Class (Kindergarten/First Grade)
Combination class of ballet and tap. Tights (any color), leotard or dance dress/tutu, hair pulled back from face, pink leather ballet shoes without ties (preferred), black patent Mary Jane tap shoes with elastic sewn instead of ties or Velcro, dance bag.
Ages: 5 -6
Kinder Hop
Hip Hop for 4- 7 year olds. Comfortable, movable clothing, hair pulled back from face, tennis shoes that have never been worn outside and are changed into every week at the studio – no black soles.
Ages: 4 – 7
Beginner Tumbling
Students will work on beginner tumbling skills such as forward and backward rolls, head and hand stand, back bends and cartwheels. Comfortable, movable clothing, hair pulled back from face, bare feet are required. No footed tights.
Ages: 4 – 7
Acrobatic Dance (Acro)
Acrobatic Dance is what you would see in a Cirque Du Soleil show. Seamless integration of balance, contortion, tumbling and aerial skills all done on a hard floor or mat and not a sprung surface. Our Acro instructor is certified through Acrobatic Arts and follows their comprehensive syllabus. Students will be barefoot for Acro. Leotard with short or leggings or footless tights. No loose fitting clothes and no footed tights.
Ages: 7 and up
Beginner I/II/III Ballet/Tap/Jazz
Tights (any color), leotard or dance dress/tutu, hair pulled back from face, pink leather ballet shoes, black tap shoes (slip on or tie), tan split sole slip on jazz bootie, dance bag.
Ages: 6 – 12
Advanced Beginner I, II, III Ballet/Tap/Jazz
For students who have completed Beginner I, II and III or have instructor approval. This class is one hour of ballet (focusing on pre-pointe), 45 minutes of jazz and 45 minutes of tap technique. Tights (any color), leotard or dance dress/tutu, hair pulled back from face, pink leather split sole ballet shoes, black tie tap shoes, tan split sole slip on jazz bootie, dance bag.
Extra Ballet/Beginner Pointe
Instructor approval required. This class is open to all serious ballet students from the intermediate level and up. All pointe shoes will need to be approved by instructor and fit through one of our St. Louis dance shops.
Intermediate I, II, III
Instructor approval required. This class is one hour of ballet/pointe, 45 minutes of jazz and 45 minutes of tap. Tights (any color), leotard or dance dress/tutu, hair pulled back from face, pink leather or canvas split sole ballet shoes, black tie tap shoes, tan split sole slip on jazz bootie, dance bag.
Advanced & Advanced/Intermediate Ballet, Tap, Jazz
Instructor approval required. Tights (any color), leotard or dance dress/tutu, hair pulled back from face, pink leather or canvas split sole ballet shoes, black tie tap shoes, tan split sole slip on jazz bootie, dance bag.
Hip Hop I/II, III, Intermediate and Advanced
Clean tennis shoes – no black soles.
Lyrical I/II/III/Teen/Intermediate/Advanced
Tights and leotard or tight fitting boy shorts and fitted tank, tan split sole slip on jazz bootie, dance bag.
