Susan Baird was a talented and diligent student of dance. She brought joy to all who watched her dance. Hailey Bale, the 2023-2024 recipient of the Susan Baird Memorial Scholarship, embodies all of these qualities. Hailey’s commitment to the studio and to class demonstrates how much dance means to her. Watching Hailey perform is really a treat and honors and reminds us of sweet Susan.
